HOW DO I ORDER FROM THE Silicon.PK WEB STORE?

To purchase a product on our site, select from the available categories. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the desired options, quantity and click ‘ADD TO CART’. Silicon.PK provides free shipping to over 120 major cities of Pakistan. If you would like to continue shopping and select another item, you may freely return to other categories or SALE pages and continue shopping. You may add an item at anytime, update quantities, or remove and item by clicking ‘view’ or ‘edit your cart’. This will take you to a summary page of your shopping cart.
Once you are happy with your order click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button and you will proceed to setting up your account details, through to confirming your order — it’s as simple as that. Please note you will need your delivery address to finalize your online shopping experience. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. Please make sure all details in the address field are correctly filled in-most importantly including email, telephone and delivery address. If by the unlucky chance you provide an incorrect email address at least we will have your phone number to contact you!
VIEW & TRACK ORDERS
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility that is based in Karachi & Bahawalpur. We use various courier services to delivery your order.
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from Silicon.PK containing your tracking number and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. If you don’t receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details or contact Silicon.PK using the Contact Us form or email at email@example.com
Once you have your tracking number you can track your parcel by clicking on the assigned courier;
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from “Your Cart”. However, once your order has been finalised by pressing the “Pay for Order” button, it’s not possible for you to change it. You can however request to cancel it prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, the order will be sent to you and then if required you could return it to us. Refer to our Returns Policy for procedure details. Silicon.PK will always try to ensure that our customers are happy. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make everything right.

VIEW ORDER STATUS – See the status of every order you’ve placed at Silicon.PK, including whether it has been shipped, and if so, an optional tracking number.
COMPLETED ORDERS – See all completed orders you’ve placed at Silicon.PK Web Store. You can also print invoices from this page.
YOUR ADDRESS BOOK – Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.
YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS – Update your contact details, email address and/or change your password.
All Orders include free delivery to your address, and International orders will attract a freight service charge to your destination. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?
Unfortunately popular items do tend to sell out quickly online, so if you’ve seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up. However, if the item you are after is sold out, and you are a customer from Pakistan, please contact Silicon.PK on 0312 324 3321 and we can refer you to one of our retailers in your local area who is sure to have the product available for you to purchase.
